Core Performance Advantages

Dual protection, reliable corrosion resistance. The zinc layer provides cathodic protection, and the coating provides physical isolation. Combined, PPGI delivers reliable corrosion performance in general outdoor environments.

Good decorative effect, flexible colors. Coating colors can be customized to RAL color cards or customer samples. Surfaces can be gloss or matte. The formed product is ready-to-use visually, eliminating downstream painting.

Good formability. Suitable for shearing, bending, and roll forming. Compatible with continuous press-forming machines for roofing sheets. Coating adhesion is good, with minimal cracking or peeling during forming.

Cost-effective. Compared with PPGL (color-coated Alu-zinc coil) and PVDF color-coated coil, PPGI is one of the most economical options in the color-coated category — suitable for general-duty roofing and fencing projects.

Corrugated roofing sheets： PPGI is roll-formed into color-coated roofing sheets with the color already selected — no post-painting required. Suitable for industrial workshops, warehouses, commercial buildings, and temporary structures. The most economical option among color-coated roofing sheets.
Fencing panels： Processed into construction site fencing and temporary isolation boards. The pre-painted surface provides immediate visual effect (common colors: blue, gray, white). Suitable for projects with appearance requirements and a general service life.
Decorative use：For decorative wall panels, ceilings, partitions, and billboard backboards. Colors customizable to design requirements, combining metal strength with decorative effect.
