Corrugated Roofing Sheet
Corrugated roofing sheets—also known as corrugated color-coated steel sheets or profiled roofing panels—are manufactured by taking color-coated, galvanized, or galvalume (aluminum-zinc coated) steel coils and subjecting them to continuous cold-roll forming. This process shapes the material into a continuous, wave-like cross-section. The primary advantage of this design is that, while flat steel coils possess limited inherent rigidity, the corrugated profile significantly increases the cross-sectional moment of inertia. This provides the load-bearing capacity and drainage performance required for roofing applications.
